Shipping Policies & Returns
- All return items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund minus shipping costs and 15% restocking fee.
- Please insure the return as you are responsible for returning item in new condition if it arrives damaged refund may be refused.
- You are required to pay the return shipping and item must be in new condition.
- All custom orders are subject to 50% non-refundable deposit.

- Report to carrier at time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt.
- Provide photographic documenta
tion of both packaging and item so Artisan Moss is able to file insurance claim.
- Return damaged piece at Artisan Moss expense.
- We currently offer free shipping for UPS® Ground within the continental U.S. We can offer 2-3 day expedited shipping but must be arranged and paid for in advance. If you need an order quickly send us a message with your zip code for a shipping quote.
- Unless you indicate otherwise at the time of placing your order, orders will be shipped to the address we received when you placed the order. Please double check your address. Anything returned to us will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
